In order to avoid the huge amount of spam we receive we have had to be creative. This email solution will work for any of our diet product sites.
Some of our diet sites are listed below but may not include them all. If you were directed here by another site then you are in the right place.
To write to us about products at any of our diet websites you can either send an email to the address in the graphic below or follow steps 1-4 below:

3: Change the "noemailallowed" to the words: "aNewYou" without the quotation marks and type your email to us.
4: In the subject line put: "The Diet Workshop" and whatever your personal subject line is as well.
Anything other than this subject line or email address will be deleted at our site. We will not even know it existed.
Please remember to put your order number, the date your ordered or any info that would be helpful. It will certainly speed things up. You might want to add the address to your safe list or watch your junk mail folder after you write to us.
We would like an easier way to avoid spam but there seems to be no end to it.
